Even though she normally wears a prosthetic eye made by Daphne Archibald, Archibald Maxillofacial Prosthetics, there were times it wasn’t available because she was healing from surgery or because it was being adjusted. She tried several eye patches, but she did not like the colors, designs, or the elastic strap on her head. Through trial and error, Cindy came up with an alternative to the tradition eyepatch. She designed a fashionable and comfortable eye patch that fits on the wearer’s glasses and decided to share her creation with others in similar situations. She uses colorful unique material, high end finishes and an option of hand-sewn, glass beading for added sparkle and flair. Cindy has created options for adults, children and those needing a custom size or wanting a unique look.
